Simple Explanation

दोनों क्षेत्रों की population समान है लेकिन A का area B से आधा है। समान population छोटे area में रहने पर प्रति वर्ग किलोमीटर अधिक लोग होंगे। इसलिए A का population density B से अधिक होगा और विकल्प A सही है। वास्तव में A की density B की density से दो गुनी होगी। परीक्षा में समान numerator अर्थात population होने पर छोटे denominator अर्थात area वाला region अधिक dense होता है। / Both regions have the same population but region A has only half the area of region B. The same population occupying a smaller area produces more people per square kilometre. Therefore region A has the higher density and option A is correct. In fact its density would be twice that of region B. In examinations, when population is equal the region with the smaller area has the greater population density.
