Why is Rajya Sabha's power limited in the case of a Money Bill?

Answer and explanation

Correct answer: It can make recommendations, but Lok Sabha makes the final decision

Correct answer: A. A Money Bill can be introduced only in Lok Sabha. After Lok Sabha passes it, Rajya Sabha may recommend changes and must return it within 14 days. Lok Sabha may accept or reject those recommendations; if Rajya Sabha does not return the Bill within 14 days, it is treated as passed by both Houses in the form approved by Lok Sabha. This procedure is set out in Article 109 of the Constitution.
