Information we process

We may process account details supplied through an enabled login provider, language preference, quiz activity, technical request data and information submitted through question reports or contact requests.

How information is used

• To provide login, preferences and learning features.
• To investigate content reports, abuse and technical faults.
• To protect the service and measure aggregate performance.

Cookies and third parties

Session cookies keep essential preferences and authentication working. Google Analytics uses consent mode: optional analytics storage is denied until you accept it, although Google may receive limited cookie-free measurement signals. The Live Visitors widget loads Supercounters, which receives the page URL, referrer, browser details and screen size. If it is unavailable, the site shows an approximate count of sessions active in the last 90 seconds. This fallback stores a hash of the session ID on our server and removes inactive entries on the next update; it does not store IP addresses or browsing history. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through Privacy choices in the footer. Advertising providers, when enabled, may use their own cookies under their policies. Never submit passwords, OTPs or identity documents through a question report.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as needed for the service, legal obligations and abuse prevention. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
