If courts are independent from government what becomes stronger?

An independent court can decide cases according to the Constitution and law rather than obeying pressure from the government. It can question unlawful decisions, hear complaints against authorities, and protect citizens when their rights are threatened. This creates a check on executive power and prevents rulers from becoming the only judges of their own actions. Independence therefore supports fair justice and accountable government.
