Supervision, Technique and Risk Control

The governing concept is preventive safety management. Supervision allows a teacher or trained leader to observe whether learners use equipment correctly, follow instructions, perform techniques safely and respond appropriately to changing conditions. Early observation can identify poor posture, unsafe spacing, overexertion or a damaged facility before these problems cause injury. Option A is correct because supervision combines correct technique, safety and risk control. It does not exist to prevent all participation, as suggested by option B; its purpose is to make participation safer and more effective. Option C is the opposite of supervision, since rules must be monitored. Option D is also wrong because good supervision creates order, clear communication and responsible practice.
