Chilika Lake is a large brackish water lake in Odisha. For exams remember Chilika with Odisha.

Loktak Lake is located in Manipur, a north-eastern state of India. It is known for floating masses of vegetation, soil and organic matter called phumdis. Keibul Lamjao National Park is linked to the Loktak Lake system. Kerala is famous for its lakes and backwaters, but Loktak Lake is not in Kerala.
