Students study the work, methods, materials, and cultural contexts of local artists and artisans through the lens of Art Education. As part of Project Work and Portfolio, they may identify practitioners in their community, conduct respectful conversations or observations, document processes, and examine how traditional and contemporary practices connect to everyday life. They learn to organize visual references, write reflective notes, and present their findings clearly in a portfolio, while valuing local knowledge, creativity, and ethical representation.
