Antisemitic propaganda was a central part of Nazi ideology and political mobilisation. It falsely represented Jews as responsible for Germany’s defeat, economic hardship, unemployment and political conflict, even though these complex problems had many historical causes. By repeating stereotypes through speeches, newspapers, posters and public campaigns, the Nazis created an enemy image and encouraged people to support Hitler’s promise of national renewal.
