What could increase Nazi support among peasants?

Debt, market crisis and hope for stability

Many German peasants faced economic insecurity during the crisis years. Falling agricultural prices, debt, weak demand and difficulty selling produce made rural families anxious about their livelihoods. Nazi propaganda exploited these fears by promising national recovery, stronger authority, protection from economic disorder and an end to communist threats. Such promises did not guarantee that every peasant became a committed Nazi, but they could increase support when compared with the instability associated with the Weimar Republic. Option A is correct because debt and market crisis created dissatisfaction, while the promise of stability made Nazi appeals attractive. Prosperity, anti-Nazi education and a direct restoration of monarchy do not explain this support.
