Answer and explanation
Official confirmation of the resultपरिणाम की आधिकारिक पुष्टि
Correct answer: A. Final certification is the formal step that confirms the result after counting has been completed and the figures have been checked through the prescribed procedure. It gives the declared result official validity and records which candidate has won according to the valid votes counted. A is correct because certification is an official confirmation, not merely an informal announcement. B belongs to the voting stage and is unrelated to certification. C occurs during nomination, before polling and counting. D belongs to campaigning and cannot establish the counted result. A useful sequence is: nomination, campaign, polling, counting, and final certification. Therefore, final certification should be remembered as the formal confirmation after counting.सही उत्तर: A।
