Full employment
In Class 12 Economics, this topic explains full employment as a situation in which all people who are willing and able to work at the prevailing wage can find jobs. Students distinguish full employment from zero unemployment, since temporary, frictional, or voluntary unemployment may still exist. In the context of Determination of Income and Employment, they relate full employment to equilibrium output, aggregate demand, and the use of available productive resources, while understanding how deficient demand can create involuntary unemployment.
