Why is environmental awareness included in physical education?
Answer and explanation
For healthy life and safe sports environmentस्वस्थ जीवन और सुरक्षित खेल वातावरण के लिए
The governing concept is that personal wellness and safe physical activity depend partly on environmental conditions. Awareness encourages learners to protect clean air, water, grounds, equipment, and outdoor spaces, thereby supporting health, responsible behaviour, and safer participation. Option A is correct. Increasing pollution, damaging playgrounds, or stopping sport would undermine the purpose of physical education rather than support it.
