Why is leadership role of women artists important in an art group?

Correct answer: It increases their participation in skill decision and income control

The direct answer is A: women’s leadership increases their participation in skill decisions, group decisions, and control over income. Leadership means more than holding a title; it includes speaking, planning, negotiating, managing resources, and sharing responsibility. When women artists lead, their knowledge can influence product design, training, prices, marketing, and use of earnings. This can strengthen confidence, bargaining power, recognition, and economic independence. Option A is correct because it describes empowerment and practical participation. Option B is wrong because leadership generally brings women into art activities rather than keeping them away. Option C is wrong because good leadership can organize and expand training, not stop it. Option D is wrong because leadership does not inevitably reduce production; cooperation and better decisions may improve work. Remember: leadership means voice, decision-making, and fair control—not merely a position.
