Gol Gumbaz is located in which city?
Answer and explanation
Gol Gumbaz is located in Bijapur, the historic name of present-day Vijayapura in Karnataka. It is the mausoleum of Muhammad Adil Shah, the ruler of the Adil Shahi Sultanate, and is famous for its enormous dome and whispering gallery. Delhi, Ajmer, and Lahore contain other important medieval monuments, but they are not the location of Gol Gumbaz. Therefore, Bijapur is the correct answer.
