Which was the last dynasty of the Delhi Sultanate?

Answer and explanation

Correct answer: Lodi dynasty

The Lodi dynasty was the fifth and last ruling dynasty of the Delhi Sultanate. It ruled from 1451 until 1526, when Babur defeated Ibrahim Lodi in the First Battle of Panipat and established Mughal power in North India. The Slave, Khalji and Sayyid dynasties all came earlier; therefore, Sayyid is not the final dynasty despite being the immediate predecessor of the Lodis.
