What administrative feature is shown by Chola village assemblies?
Answer and explanation
Chola inscriptions, especially those related to village institutions, describe assemblies that dealt with local matters such as irrigation, land and public management. This indicates an important element of local administration or self-government, although it was not modern democracy for everyone. Hence, option A is correct and the others refer to unrelated concepts.
